Jersey Grille is the concept of Lee Carousis, a Hybrid Restaurant, that brings the comfort of a modern Scottsdale decor, with plenty of window views as well as an open kitchen. The restaurant operates without a walk-in freezer, because all food is brought in fresh everyday, from the area's best vendors and Farm Fresh markets. Our Beef is the best money can buy, all grass fed, organic with no antibiotics. Our Sweet Potatoes are real sweet potatoes not yams. We use Idaho fresh potatoes for our Boardwalk fries and Fresh sweet vadalia onions, marinated in fresh garlic cloves for our Tempura Battered Onion Rings.

From our one of a kind Veggie Burger to our superb fresh Salmon Burger, all our Gourmet Burgers are cooked to perfection, with our experienced Chef's and using top of the line equipment. With the help of our Nutritionist and Chef, Lee has put together a menu that will please everyone. From our signature Burgers, farm fresh salads, Over- stuffed Sandwiches and Wraps to our daily Chef Specials. Plus our Old Fashion Milk Shakes, that we make to order with such items as Fresh fruit, Coconut Milk, low butter count Ice cream and only the freshest ingredients. Lee M.Carousis - Owner

Lee M.Carousis, a third generation restaurateur with over 25 years of experience, has worked with some of the top chefs from the NYC and Scottsdale AZ Culinary Schools. Lee's father owned and was associated with multiple restaurants, including the Howard Johnson's in East Orange, which was one of the most prominent and successful HoJo's on the East Coast. His grandfather owned Michals Restaurant,a staple in Asbury Park for over 50 years. Lee has worked in every aspect of the restaurant business and learned from the ground up.
